Return & Exchange Policy

You can always return your order within 14 days from the date of purchase. Items will be refunded when returned in their original condition, including the attached price tags.

If you prefer a different size, it’s possible to request an exchange and select your preferred size by emailing support@studioukiyo.nl.

1. Eligibility for Returns:
   – Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
   – Products must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
   – Certain items such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items are non-returnable.

2. Return Process:
   1. Place the item(s) and packing list in a secure package.
   2. Visit the Return Portal
   3. Fill in your Barcode and Postcode.
   4. Select the items you want to return and the reason for the return.
   5. Select your shipping method, and print the shipping label if needed.
   6. Take your package to your preferred drop-off point.

3. Refunds:
   – Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
   – If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

4. Shipping Costs:
   – You pay the return cost when creating your return label.

5. Exchanges:
   – We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@studioukiyo.nl and we will provide further instructions.
